Providing high quality continuing education and practice-building opportunities for conference attendees has always been our priority, and as a non-profit organization, we do our best to keep registration costs as affordable as possible.
We anticipate showcasing more than 20 exhibitors and attracting approximately 150 foot care nurses from both Canada and the US. As a participant, you will have an opportunity to enjoy the presentations, and connect directly with those who use your products or information on a daily basis. Having suppliers of foot care products and information at the conference has always been a draw for our delegates. While phone calls and emails are a great way to communicate, face-to-face interaction is a welcome change!
Our goal is to offer exhibitors as much exposure time as possible; Exhibitor Hall will be open for business all day Saturday and Sunday. As an exhibitor, you will have an opportunity to introduce yourself and your brand to the delegates during opening remarks on Saturday morning.
You may also be interested in sponsoring a meal, nutritional break, wine and cheese reception or a session speaker. Industry Partners who choose this option can be assured that logos and sponsorship will be prominently displayed and highlighted.
Exhibitor spaces are limited, and will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are interested in supporting enhanced educational initiatives in nursing foot care, and wish to secure a booth, please complete the online registration form and submit the associated fees.
For an hour after the conference on Saturday, you’ll have an opportunity to highlight a product or service in 10-minute scheduled slots at your booth, to interested delegates.

A note about Level II: If you would like your logo included on the delegate bag, please have your fully paid registration complete no later than April 15, 2020, to accommodate printing schedules. We will need a vector file of your logo in one-colour format.
How to Pay
- Electronic registration and payment via CAFCN PayPal are available via www.cafcn.ca through the “Conference” link under the “Events” tab.
- Via e-transfer. Email email@example.com for more details.
Please do not send cheques through the mail or bring a cheque to the conference. Exhibitor booths will only be secured with completed registration and payment.
Should you require electrical, wifi or other IT services at your booth, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 902.492.6408. You are responsible for communicating, ordering and paying for your IT requirements.
Each Exhibitor is kindly asked to provide a door prize for draws during the conference. The content of the door prize is solely your choice, and can be foot care related or not, but we ask that you refrain from including alcohol or alcohol-related items.
On the morning of Saturday, May 23, 0800-8045, exhibitors are invited to introduce themselves and their company to the general assembly. Each exhibitor is provided 1-1.5 minutes at the podium to do so.
Attendee Gift Certificates
CAFCN will again be offering a $10 gift certificate to each attendee to use toward any purchase at an Exhibitor booth, for use only during the 2020 conference days. If you are an Exhibitor with supplies or items to purchase, please accept these gift certificates, one per person and signed by them, and provide a $10 discount from the person’s purchase. CAFCN will reimburse the money to you. Please retain all certificates used at your booth and forward them to the Exhibitor Liaison for reimbursement. We will do our best to give you a cheque before you leave.
By completing the online registration form and submitting the required fees, you agree to the terms and conditions of this contract.
Subletting or Sharing Space
Subletting or sharing Exhibitor space with any company other than directly listed on the exhibitor registration form is expressly prohibited. Any Exhibitor doing so will forfeit their space(s) and any fees paid.
Notification of cancellation or reduction of exhibit space must be in writing, including email. If this agreement is cancelled by the Exhibitor for any reason or by CAFCN Management because of Exhibitor’s default or violation of this agreement, fees paid to CAFCN by the Exhibitor shall be retained as follows:
- cancellation or reduction of space on or before May 1, 2020, 50% of fees paid.
- NO REFUNDS after May 1, 2020.
- Extenuating circumstances will be reviewed by CAFCN Administration, on an individual basis, after receiving notification in writing. CAFCN reserves the right to provide any refunds eligible within 30 days following the conference.
Exhibitor Personnel Changes
Any changes to Exhibitor personnel must be received, in writing, including email, prior to May 15, 2020. Badges will be provided to Exhibitor personnel, at the time of Exhibitor presentation at the venue. Identification badges must be worn for the duration of the conference.
Exhibitor placement within the Exhibitor room will be on a first-come, first-served basis, based on receipt of registration and full payment of fees. CAFCN Industry Partners and 2019 exhibitors will be given preference based on their continued support.
Exhibitor Staff Conduct
Exhibitors must set-up and dismantle their own exhibits. Exhibits must be occupied and staffed during all the hours the exhibits are open. Failure to do so may result in ineligibility for future conferences.
Exhibitors shall not post signs relating to exhibits or any company activity outside the perimeter of their own exhibit.
Smoking & Air Awareness
Hotel Halifax is a non-smoking venue. For the health and comfort of everyone, the conference is a SCENT FREE ZONE. Please refrain from wearing or exhibiting perfumes/scents.
