COVID-19 Information

The Government of Canada understands that individuals are concerned about their health, and are seeking reliable information about the current outbreak of COVID-19. Please be assured that protecting the health and safety of Canadians is our top priority.

The Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) is actively monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak, continuously assessing the risks, and adapting our response accordingly. All Canadians are advised to help by practicing physical (social) distancing, and staying home.

COVID-19 is a serious health threat. The risk will vary between and within communities, but given the increasing number of cases in Canada, the risk to Canadians is considered high.
